1. Standard Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellations made 21 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
1.3 Cancellations made less than 21 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
2.1 Some bookings may be designated as non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking.
2.2 Non-refundable bookings will not receive any refund in case of cancellation.
3. Modification of Booking
3.1 Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Force Majeure
4.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations, Casa Di Camomilla may offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the stay.

5.1 Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Early Departure
6.1 No refunds will be given for early departures.
